Welcoming Hannah to the Gem’s Cats Team
We’re having another busy year at Gem’s Cats, and I’m really pleased to welcome Hannah to our little cat team.
As many of you know, we have continued to grow thanks to the support, trust and kindness of our lovely customers. It means so much to be asked to care for your cats, whether that is for regular visits, holidays, feeding and care, cat sitting or overnight support. As things get busier, it is important to me that we continue offering the same reliable, caring and personal service that Gem’s Cats has always been built around.
That is why I am so happy to have Hannah joining us.
Experienced, Reliable & Trustworthy
Hannah is experienced, reliable and trustworthy, and she is a great asset to the team. She also runs Little And Large Pet Care in Lincoln, so she already knows the importance of professional pet care, good communication and excellent customer service. She has a great track record and understands just how much people rely on us when they are away from home.
Like all our team members, Hannah carries out cat visits in the same way we do: thoroughly, lovingly and around your cat’s own personal routine. Every cat is different, and we know how important it is to respect their usual habits, whether they are confident and playful, shy and quiet, elderly, indoor-only, or simply a little particular about how they like things done.
Meet & Greet Hannah
During visits, care is always taken to make sure the essentials are covered properly, including food, fresh water, litter checks and general wellbeing. Just as importantly, we also make time for reassurance, gentle fuss, play, quiet company or giving your cat space if that is what they prefer. The aim is always to keep your cat settled, comfortable and cared for in the way that suits them best.
Of course, if you would like to meet Hannah before your holiday or booking, that can absolutely be arranged with a Meet & Greet. This gives you the chance to say hello, talk through your cat’s routine and feel completely comfortable before care begins.
Please rest assured that all information is passed on clearly, and every visit is carried out to the same high standards you expect from us. We make sure your cat’s routine, likes, dislikes, feeding details, access information and any special instructions are shared properly so nothing is missed.
Whats App Group Chat
We also create a group WhatsApp chat where we can all stay in touch, share updates and send photos during your booking. This means you can relax while you are away, knowing that your cat is being looked after and that you are kept updated along the way.
I’m really excited to have Hannah as part of the team and grateful to be growing Gem’s Cats in a way that still feels personal, caring and true to what we do best.
